Short, because this site does very little. There is no form, no checkout, no account and no analytics on these pages.
- What this site collects
- Nothing you type. There is no form, no account and no checkout on this website, no cookies are set for tracking, and no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded. The booking button and the email address are ordinary links that hand you over to Google or to your own email application.
- Booking a discovery call
- “Book a discovery call” opens a Google Calendar booking page on Google's own site, in a new tab. You choose a time there and give your first and last name, your email address and, if you wish, your practice website; Google then sends the confirmation and the Google Meet details. That page is operated by Google under its own privacy policy. We use what you provide to reply and to hold the meeting. Please leave out client or matter details.
- What our host records
- Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server request logs, which include IP addresses, in order to serve and protect the site. That is standard for any website.
- If you email us
- We keep your message so we can reply and, if we work together, to run the service. Please do not send client names or matter details in a first email — we do not need them, and email is not a secure channel for anything confidential.
- If you become a client
- The service involves recorded telephone interviews. Before any call takes place we will explain how it is recorded, what is kept and what it is used for, and you will have the service's own written terms. Nothing on this page substitutes for those terms.
