Education

One of the twenty scriptsScript 04 · about 45 seconds · you approve it before you film

0:00Most people come to me asking which documents they need. I start somewhere else.hook

0:07I ask what you are trying to make easier, and for whom — a partner who would have to keep everything running, or a son or daughter who would have to make a decision quickly, on a bad day.

0:22Once I understand what matters most to your family, we can work through which planning choices actually suit you, and why — rather than starting from a form.

0:36So before you sit down with anyone, write down the two people this is really for. Bring that. It is worth more than a folder of forms.

How it works

  1. An AI phone interview

In your first paid month, Rachel, our AI onboarding interviewer, learns your story by phone and you approve your brand profile; onboarding does not repeat. Every paid month, including the first, Donna, our AI content interviewer, calls with questions built from your profile and research for your field, country and state.

  2. We prepare. You approve.

Our team turns your answers into a twenty-script PDF with filming guidance. You read it, ask for any changes and approve it before you film.

  3. You film. We finish if you choose.

On Scripts, you film, edit and post. On Managed, we edit, caption and add eight carousels, then publish to your three chosen platforms after you approve the finished work.

Where the ideas come from

Your private workspace — the profile you approved, your website and services, and earlier interviews — plus public research filtered to your field, country and state. Your workspace stays private to you, and where an idea was found is not where the law applies: your field and where you practise decide what is relevant.

Then you film

Record the approved scripts on your phone at your own desk, using the filming guidance in the same PDF.

Nothing is posted without your approval.

100% money back

Love your content. Or every dollar back.

Every paid month. Both plans.

One email. No forms. No explanation.

Ask for any paid month, from the day you pay until 30 days after its complete pack arrives, and the full fee comes back.

Email info@meritandmessage.com to ask. The complete terms are in the questions below.

Choose your plan

Both plans include the phone interviews, our review and your approval before anything is filmed or posted.

Scripts

US$369 per month

You film, edit and post.

We deliver

  • Twenty video scripts a month, in a PDF with filming guidance.

You do

  • Film, edit and post them yourself.

Managed

US$999 per month

You film. We edit, caption and publish.

We deliver

  • Everything in Scripts.
  • Twenty edited, captioned videos a month.
  • Eight separate carousel posts a month.
  • Published to three platforms you choose.

You do

  • Film on your phone and upload the recordings.
  • Approve the finished videos and captions before anything is posted.

Choose your three platforms from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. The eight carousels are separate posts, not the videos cut into slides. You need not choose a plan to write to us.

A few practical questions

  • What happens in the first month?

Both brand onboarding and your first content interview, then your first script PDF, your approval and your filming. Onboarding does not use up the month's content.

  • Am I speaking with AI?

Yes — the interviewer on the phone is AI, and we explain how the call is recorded and used before it happens. Your knowledge is the substance, our team reviews every script, and you approve it before you film.

  • Does anything get posted without my approval?

No. Approving a script lets production start. On the managed package you separately approve the finished videos, their captions and the platforms before anything is published.

  • Can I see previous months?

Your private portal keeps your script PDFs, conversation history and approvals organised by month. Reading past work is separate from producing new work, which belongs to a paid month.

  • How does the money-back guarantee work?

It covers every month you pay for, on both plans — not just your first. For any paid month you can ask from the day you pay until 30 days after that month's complete pack arrives: the twenty-script PDF on Scripts, or the twenty finished videos and eight carousels on Managed. Asking before the work lands is fine, and if a month arrives late the thirty days still start when it arrives, so a delay on our side lengthens your window rather than shortening it. One email is the whole process — “This is not for me. I want my money back.” is enough. There is no form, no reason to give, nothing you have to try first, and no limit on how many months you can ask about. We refund the entire fee for the month you name, with nothing held back for work already done, for what it cost us, or for card processing. We submit your refund promptly. Your bank or card provider controls when it appears in your account.

  • If I ask for a refund, what happens to the content?

On Managed we take down the posts we published for you in the month being refunded. That removal is not a condition of the refund and does not hold up your money — the two are separate, and the cash is never waiting on the cleanup. We remove only what we posted for you in that month: posts from months you are not refunding stay up, anything you or your firm published stays exactly where it is, and we touch nothing else on your accounts. Once something has been shared, saved or copied elsewhere online, we cannot promise it disappears. We do not publish on the Scripts plan, so your own posts are not affected.

  • Do you write about my state's law?

We write from your answers, so the claims in the content are yours. Research is filtered to the place you practise, and you or a reviewer you name approve anything jurisdiction-sensitive before it is used. We are a content agency, not a law firm.

  • Does this only work for firm owners?

No. Independent and solo attorneys, owners, partners and qualified employed attorneys all fit, as long as you are the person who can speak for the content that carries your name and approve what is published.
