The eight carousels are separate posts, not the videos cut into slides. You need not choose a package to write to us.
A few practical questions
What happens in the first month?
Both brand onboarding and your first content interview, then your first script PDF, your approval and your filming. Onboarding does not use up the month's content.
Am I speaking with AI?
Yes — the interviewer on the phone is AI, and we explain how the call is recorded and used before it happens. Your knowledge is the substance, our team reviews every script, and you approve it before you film.
Does anything get posted without my approval?
No. Approving a script lets production start. On the managed package you separately approve the finished videos, their captions and the platforms before anything is published.
Can I see previous months?
Your private portal keeps your script PDFs, conversation history and approvals organised by month. Reading past work is separate from producing new work, which belongs to a paid month.
How does the first-month refund work?
It covers your first month with us. You can ask at any point from when you pay right through to 30 days after your complete first month arrives — the twenty-script PDF on Scripts, or the twenty finished videos and eight carousels on Managed — so you never have to wait for the work to land before changing your mind. You do not have to give a reason, and there is nothing you have to try first. We refund the whole first month's fee: nothing is held back for work already done, for what it cost us, or for anything you approved along the way. If your first month arrives late, the thirty days still start when it arrives, so a delay on our side only lengthens the window. We submit the refund promptly; how soon it reaches your account is then up to the banks rather than us.
If I ask for a refund, what happens to the content?
On Managed we remove the posts we published for you during that first month. That removal is not a condition of the refund and does not hold up your money. We take down only what we posted for you in that month — anything you or your firm published stays exactly where it is, and we touch nothing else on your accounts. Once something has been shared, saved or copied elsewhere online, we cannot promise it disappears. We do not publish on the Scripts plan, so your own posts are not affected.
Do you write about my state's law?
We write from your answers, so the claims in the content are yours. Research is filtered to the place you practise, and you or a reviewer you name approve anything jurisdiction-sensitive before it is used. We are a content agency, not a law firm.
Does this only work for firm owners?
No. Independent and solo attorneys, owners, partners and qualified employed attorneys all fit, as long as you are the person who can speak for the content that carries your name and approve what is published.
